World-class leadership event impacting 260,000 people in 875 cities and 120 countries.

About the GLS

No matter where you lead, The Global Leadership Summit is a world-class experience designed to help you get better and embrace your grander vision—the reason God called you to lead. Broadcast LIVE in HD from Willow's campus near Chicago to over 375 Premier Host Sites in North America and later around the world, you are invited to join an expected 260,000 leaders in 2015.

In New Zealand we choose a diverse line-up of speakers from the two-day event in Chicago, and bring them to you via videocast on a large screen. The event is run over one day, with process time to help you turn good intentions into positive action.

While the GLS is directed at Christian leaders, the principles and insights can be shared and widely applied throughout voluntary organisations and businesses. I’ve attended the Summit every year since 1996 and wouldn’t miss them. I have learned and continue to learn more about leadership from the GLS than any other conference or seminar that I attend. When you have access to something great- you want to share it”
Glennie Oborn – Ministry Liaison Officer, The Gracegate Centre

Whether you are a professional leader, a team leader, leading an organisation, an early childhood centre or a group of centres: a leader is a leader and as Bill Hybels shares… ‘Everyone wins when a leader gets better’. Core values of leadership and management are essential and a commitment to continuing to develop our own leadership strengths and skills when opportunities become available, benefits ourselves as professionals, those who we lead and our organisations.”
– Selena Fox, NZTC, Auckland.

“Thank you once again for a life changing world class speaking event”
GLS Tauranga Attendee

“I just want to say a very big thank you to you and your awesome team who helped facilitate a most enjoyable experience, at my very first GLS Conference. I felt very welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed all the amazing speakers. There is so much to now retain and I am so glad that I bought the resources that will enable me to be reminded of the great teaching and encouragement that I received. Looking forward to seeing you all again at next year’s summit; 'cause I’m booked in!”
Ruth Wilson, IT360 Auckland

“First time I’ve attended and I’m very impressed by the calibre of speakers. I’ll be here again next year and recommend to others.”
GLS Tauranga Attendee

“Flippin’ amazing! So timely for me and what God is leading me into! Massive confirmation.”
GLS Tauranga Attendee

“Thanks for all the awesome experience and teaching. I heard that some participants had managed to get this as Professional Development from work and for many years I did the same. The Global Leadership Summit is the best PD you can get!!”
Steven Knipping, Wellington

“I felt really inspired by the GLS talks – so much wisdom and some challenging things to mull over. During the conference I felt God re-inspiring me to dream big and trust him to use me for something greater than myself.”
– Esther Seymour – Auckland

“An excellent experience – thank you so much to all who contributed to making this conference a success.”
– GLS Tauranga Attendee

“Our team had an incredibly positive time at GLS 2014. We are so blessed to have access to such incredible high calibre and inspiring teaching and just around the corner too! Thanks to you and team for all you did to make it possible – we really appreciate it!”
Rick Pierce, Windsor Park Baptist, North Shore

“Brilliant event! Thanks a heap.”
GLS Tauranga Attendee

“Thank you for an inspiring and thought provoking day at the GLS. Even though I am not a leader at work, I took away many practical tips for how to manage the workplace better. I feel inspired to make my work count for something and to tackle difficult situations head on. I have already had a crucial conversation with my manager about something I was struggling with and I am reaping the benefits. Thanks again for a great day of personal development and I hope to be there again next year!”
– Ruth – Auckland

“Definitely coming to another one. Like the resources to buy plus Summit notebook. High calibre speakers.”
GLS Tauranga Attendee

“I so enjoyed yesterday at GLS and felt a personal clear word from God which I needed at this time, as well as lots of encouragement and direction from the seminar.”
– Cathy – Christchurch

“Top stuff – really good 3rd time here – hope to be back next year”
GLS Tauranga Attendee

“It’s impossible to leave the GLS unchanged. The ideas are presented with such clarity that you think, ‘Why didn’t I think of that?’ and with such challenge that you think, ‘Why am I not doing that?'”
Summit Participant

“The GLS was excellent and as a Church leader/pastor, it is great to be able to take your top leaders to it knowing there is as much for them personally in their business/workplace, as there is for the Church. A thoroughly professional training day, and with some top kiwi input in there too.”
Stewart Patrick, Leader, Mangapapa Church

“We hosted GLS this year at Hope Presbyterian in Christchurch. It was a privilege to do so. Willow Creek NZ is very well organised and the event had a quality feel to it. The content was outstanding with world class speakers. As a leader in a demanding role, the messages were timely and relevant. I was personally very encouraged and equipped by GLS this year. I am certainly a fan and highly recommend this event for leaders and leadership teams.”
Hamish Galloway, Senior Pastor, Hope Presbyterian, Christchurch
