About the GLS

No matter where you lead, The Global Leadership Summit is a world-class experience designed to help you get better and embrace your grander vision—the reason God called you to lead. Broadcast LIVE in HD from Willow's campus near Chicago to over 375 Premier Host Sites in North America and later around the world, you are invited to join an expected 260,000 leaders in 2015.


In New Zealand we choose a diverse line-up of speakers from the two-day event in Chicago, and bring them to you via videocast on a large screen. The event is run over one day, with process time to help you turn good intentions into positive action.

Programming may vary slightly at different locations to suit individual venues. Napier (our new site) and Silverstream are both shorter events this year and may not have the number of speakers that the other venues offer.

REGISTRATION

There are three ways to register:

Willow Creek Association allows groups to reserve "Empty Registrations" and then submit names of those who will be attending at a later date. We encourage you to enter those names by a month prior to the event, however a registrant’s name can still be added or changed up to the day of the event. Note: admin charges apply if within seven days of event. See our Terms of Trade – Registrations for Events.
Willow Creek does not provide the option to share registrations between two or more individuals. The event has been designed as a holistic learning experience and is best if attended in its entirety.

AGENDA & SESSIONS

Schedules vary slightly between venues and will be available in September. For planning purposes, please plan on:
8.15 am Registration
9.00 am – 9.00 pm (Napier and Silverstream will finish earlier at 4.00 pm or 5.00 pm – time TBC)
The GLS in New Zealand is primarily a facilitated videocast experience, shown on a large screen. There will be live worship and some venues may add a live NZ speaker. This will be confirmed when individual schedules are released in September.

PRICING

Early Bird rates are available up until a month before your event. Discounted group rates are available. Click here for specific pricing information.
Registration for the event includes all conference materials as well as break refreshments. Meals are NOT included in the price of registration.
High school, undergraduate, and graduate students are all eligible for the Student rate.

MISCELLANEOUS

Should you need to cancel your registrations, please notify us which you prefer:
  1. Refund of fees (less $10 cancellation fee if before one week prior to the event – less $20 cancellation fee if during last week prior to the event);
  2. Transfer to another person’s name (free if before one week prior to the event – $5 admin fee during last week prior to event).
  3. Transfer to a future event within one year (free if before one week prior to the event – $10 fee during last week prior to event).
There will be no reimbursements for cancellations made on or after the day of the event.

Yes, our website issues you with one when you register online, or you can request one.
Full benefit is gained from attending the entire conference, however you are welcome to attend the evening only if this is your preference. Standard Rate for evening only is $35 (Students $15).
WillowNZ staff attend GLS in the USA and listen to all the speakers. Eight to ten of the best are chosen and these videocasts are delivered throughout New Zealand. Napier will have fewer speakers as it is a shorter time.
Group rates are available to teams coming from the same organisation and are applicable from the 11th person attending. For further information, see our Team Incentive Information Sheet.

While families are important to us, unfortunately there are no accommodations for children or nursing infants.
